How Many Hours Should You Book?

  • 1 Hour: Best for 2–6 individuals (3–4 poses each) or 7–12 individuals (1–2 poses each).

  • General Rule: Plan for 10–12 individuals per hour for volume headshots.

EXTRAS:

  • Expedited 48-hour delivery is available at $100 per hour of shoot time (e.g., $200 for a 2-hour shoot, $500 for a 5-hour shoot).

  • Custom backdrops are available for $200–$400, depending on the color and background choice.

  • A $150 travel fee applies to sessions in San Francisco to cover parking and security considerations.

  • Please note that payments made by credit card will include a 3.5% processing fee.

  • No problem! We offer solutions for remote and hybrid teams. We can start with an office visit for in-person staff and provide an online booking system for remote employees to schedule studio sessions at their convenience. Everyone will get a consistent, professional headshot.

  • Looking great in photos comes down to confidence and the right photographer. I create a relaxed atmosphere and guide you through the process to capture your natural expressions, helping you look and feel your best.

  • Final retouched images are delivered within 7 business days via a download link. Be sure to save your files, as the link expires after one year. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
